Save time with AI without putting customer data at risk.
I set up one everyday task with AI, alongside your team, and measure how much time it saves. You also get a one-page AI policy that says what data stays out and who checks AI work before it reaches a customer.

Local and online businesses of about 5 to 50 people
It fits businesses that run on email, documents and scheduling. Bookkeeping firms, independent insurance agencies, property managers, real estate teams and home-service companies with office staff are good examples.
The first task is one your team repeats every day, such as answering inquiry emails, writing quotes or preparing standard documents. Businesses that hold health records aren’t a fit yet.
About three weeks from the first call to the written result
-
A first call
You tell me how the business runs and we pick one everyday task.
-
Setup
I choose the tool, using one you already pay for when possible. A 90-minute session sets it up with your team, including a check before anything goes to a customer.
-
Measure
After two weeks, I write up how the task runs now against how it ran before.
-
Wrap-up
A last call goes over the result and the final policy. A short check-in follows two weeks later.
Start with a 20-minute call.
No charge. You describe how the business runs; I say whether a setup would help and which task to start with.
