Privacy notice
Effective October 31, 2026. This notice explains what DANDO LLC collects through dandollc.com and its booking page, and what DANDO does with it.
What this site collects
This site has no forms, analytics, advertising tools or tracking cookies. If you use the Dark or Light button, your browser saves that choice on your device so the site remembers it. The choice is not sent to DANDO.
GitHub hosts the site. GitHub logs the IP address of every visitor to sites it hosts and keeps it for security purposes, as GitHub’s documentation explains.
Booking a call
The booking button opens a Google Calendar appointment page that DANDO runs. When you book, Google collects your first and last name and your email address and shares them with DANDO so the call can be scheduled with a Google Meet link. The booking page is also covered by Google’s privacy policy, and Google may set its own cookies there. Please keep confidential or privileged information out of the booking page and your first emails. If an engagement goes ahead, we agree in writing how confidential files are shared.
If you email daniel@dandollc.com, DANDO receives your email address and whatever you include. Google hosts DANDO’s email and calendar.
How DANDO uses it
DANDO uses this information to schedule and prepare for calls, to reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation. DANDO does not sell or rent personal information and does not use it for advertising.
Who else receives it
DANDO’s service providers handle this information as part of running the site, email and scheduling. They include Google, which provides DANDO’s email, calendar and booking page, and GitHub, which hosts the site. DANDO also uses AI tools to help manage email, scheduling and documents, so information you send may be processed by those tools’ providers under their terms. DANDO may disclose information when the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Booking details and email are kept as long as they are needed for the purposes above and for DANDO’s business records. Files shared during an engagement are kept, returned or deleted as the engagement agreement provides.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information DANDO holds about you by emailing daniel@dandollc.com.
Do Not Track signals and other parties
This site does not track visitors over time or across other sites, so a browser’s Do Not Track signal does not change how it works. Google, on its booking page and in Google Meet, and GitHub, as the site host, may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies: Google’s and GitHub’s.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
